DC4EU Work Package 6 (Social Security) Workshop

Dear Participants,

We extend a warm invitation to participate in our upcoming workshop. Please be informed that participation is restricted to DC4EU WP6 partners and candidates only.

First and foremost, we highly encourage in-person attendance for the workshop. Being physically present allows for more direct engagement, networking opportunities, and a deeper sense of connection with fellow participants. The interactive sessions, in particular, are designed to facilitate meaningful exchanges, group activities, and collaborative discussions that greatly benefit from the in-person dynamic.

However, we understand that some participants may face logistical challenges or scheduling conflicts that prevent them from attending in person. For this reason, we are pleased to offer limited participation possibilities for those who choose to join us online. Online participants will have the opportunity to attend the keynotes, ensuring they don’t miss out on the valuable insights shared by our speakers.

While we strive to make the online experience as inclusive as possible, please note that interactive sessions may have certain limitations for remote participants. These sessions heavily rely on real-time interaction, group exercises, and hands-on activities that are best suited for in-person engagement. Nevertheless, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all attendees and will make efforts to provide online participants with access to relevant resources.

If you or your organization does not have an affiliation with DC4EU WP6 but are interested in participating, please write an email to DC4EU (DVSV) DC4EU@sozialversicherung.at, and we will consider your request for participation.

To assist you in planning your travel and accommodation for the upcoming workshop, we are pleased to provide you with a guide that includes hotel recommendations and transportation options. Additionally, we have prepared a preliminary agenda with tentative timings to give you an overview of the workshop schedule.
