• 12:00 – 13:00: Lunch (catering, sandwiches, at the venue)
• 13:00 – 14:30: Afternoon sessions I (1,5h)
• 14:30 – 15:00: Afternoon coffee
• 15:00 – 17:00: Afternoon sessions II (2h)

How to reach Atos

From the airport: Barajas Madrid airport is at the Northeast of the city not very far from the center (12 kilometers). The airport has four terminals (T1-T4). Iberia flights and most of the international flights arrive to T4. National flights usually arrive at T2.

The airport has connection with the center of the city by taxi, bus and metro. You may find the taxi stops at the Arrivals area of each terminal. The cost depends on the destination, but it can be around 30 euros to the center and around 20 euros to Atos area (light traffic). Reaching the center can take longer / cost more during rush hours. The traffic in Madrid is heavy especially in the morning and evening.

There are some urban buses from the arrivals in terminal T4 to Barajas Metro and Avenida de America area, but it is more recommended to take the metro to avoid rush hour traffic.

The “Aeropuerto” metro stations (in line 8) are in T2 and T4. If you arrive to another terminal, walking to T2 station is an option.

By metro: You may also arrive to Atos by metro. The closest metro station to Atos is Ciudad Lineal on line 5. See Atos map (end of document) for visual information. From the metro station to Atos offices it is about a 10-minute walk.
