Enabling citizens’ to have full control of their personal data, with a high level of trust and cross-border recognition.
DC4EU provides tangible support to the public and private sectors in the educational and social security domains by deploying and accessing state-of-the-art trans-European interoperable digital service infrastructures and their integration in a cross-border trust framework.

DC4EU will develop four (4) use cases where we test interoperability and scalability in the national domain and multiple cross-border contexts to provide feedback to the European Commission and Member States for iterative updates.
DC4EU involves 80 relevant institutions from 22 countries backed by 43 public organizations and 49 private entities., including wallet issuing organizations, credential issuers and involving various Qualified Trust Service Providers and authentic sources to allow comprehensive testing of the wallet using Qualified Electronic Attestations of Attributes and credentials.
